Summer is in full swing here in the heart of Orcutt, with Parke West nearing completion and finishing touches happening this June. Buildings 3 & 4 are almost complete with all exterior stucco set. Along with final paint touchups, all interior cabinets and flooring are currently being installed. Building 2 is drywalled and interior painting is set to commence this week. Finally, Building 1 is being framed with electrical and mechanical, and plumbing rough-in installation is now underway.
With construction almost complete, we are now actively working with potential leasers to pre-screen and secure holds on particular apartments.

We are happy to report huge framing progress showing at this exciting new community as Parke West begins to take shape!
The first 24 homes are all framed up with exterior materials being applied and interiors slated for drywall within the next week. Construction on the final building at Parke West has been initiated with lower level framing and structural work, and upper level framing to begin next month.

Fall is here at Parke West and construction continues to advance on schedule with a busy start to the season.
The foundations are being poured for Building One, and Building Two is on track with the completion of second floor framing. We are also happy to report that Buildings Three and Four are fully framed up with roofs and windows currently being put in to complete the building envelope. Framing progress is visible from Bradley Road so if you haven’t driven by the site recently, now is a great time to come check it out!
